This Eaton Weatherhead 46X4X4 flare fitting adapter is suitable for connecting a tube to a pipe in a range of fluid transfer applications. It has 1/4" female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads on one end and 7/16-20 male Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) threads on the other for use with 1/4" outside diameter (OD) tubes. The fitting is made of CA360 brass for strength and resistance to corrosion, has an operating temperature range of -65 to +250 degrees F (-53 to +121 degrees C), and meets SAE 010103 specifications for tube fittings.
